Steps to Connect to the Tehama Desktop for AD/Domain Join Users
The steps to connect to the Tehama Desktop for AD/Domain Join Users is a manual two steps process.
Step 1: Use Tehama Web UI
Step 2: Use Teradici PCoIP Client
Step 1: Use Tehama Web UI
- Login to Tehama Web Portal
- From the left pane, click on ROOMS
- Navigate to <Room Name> > Work > My Desktops
- On the My desktops tab, click on CONNECT button
- New Window LAUNCH COMPLETE will open
- Click on Show Credentials
- Note down the Host Address / Registration Code and Username
- Now follow Step 2
Step 2: Use Teradici PCoIP Client
- Search for PCoIPClient on your local computer
- Launch the PCoIPClient
- Once the Teradici PCoIP Client is launched, enter the following information from your Tehama Web UI's Show Credential Tab
Host Address or Code (eg): connector-<xxxx>.tehama.io - Give a Connection Name and save the connection (if you wish)
- Click on Next
- Enter your Corporate/Organization Username and Password
- Click Login
Note: If you receive the message: Password authentication failed. Access denied. Maximum login attempts exceeded. User cannot retry to authenticate. Please check with your AD administrator for password policies.
