Release February 3rd 2022
New & Improved
- Tehama Desktop Custom Images:
- Surfaced information in key areas of the web interface, visible to Admin and Manager roles:
- An “Image” column on the Desktops page shows the name of the custom image used when creating that Desktop, or “Base Image” if no custom image was used. This provides a quick snapshot of how custom images are being leveraged by your organization.
- Desktops page tab navigation:
- A “Desktops” tab leads to the existing Desktops page experience and an “Images” tab leads to a new Images table
- This Images table provides an easily-accessible, informative list of your organization’s Tehama Desktop Custom Images, with high-level details like specification, creation date, and room.
- Each Tehama Desktop Custom Image has an Image Profile Page, which includes pertinent details about an individual custom image, like Specifications (status, operating system, storage) and Information (creation date, creator, number of templates and number of desktops using the custom image). This page facilitates custom image management and can be reached by clicking on the name of a custom image in the “Images” column on the Desktops tab or Images tab.
- A Tehama Desktop Custom Image name and description can be edited from the Image Profile Page, providing the ability to adjust identifying details as needed to communicate the purpose of each custom image.

Fixes
- Third-Party Organizations:
- Reduced visibility of third-party organization users within the context of a room:
- Members of a third-party organization can only see their own members within a room, and their own member/desktop counts when looking at the Rooms list.
- This provides the flexibility to continue to include multiple third-party organizations in a single room, while ensuring privacy can be maintained.
- Resolved issues where an owning organization member could not access the user profile details of a third-party organization member, and where third-party organization members could not access their own user profile details.
- Reduced visibility of third-party organization users within the context of a room:
- Organized the TCU Usage Report drop-down filter: entries now appear in alphabetical order.
