When you close your desktop by simply closing the Tehama client, your desktop keeps running for some minutes before being hibernated.
None of the work you had open is lost, and your desktops looks the way you left it the next time you connect. All this is meant to make your work easier.

Note: For desktops that do not support hibernation, we perform a shutdown instead.
