How to Launch Tehama Desktop using Teradici PCoIP Client (Mac OS)

Note: Follow below steps when the Tehama PCoIP client fails to launch desktop

Note: Teradici PCoIP client will get installed during the installation of Tehama PCoIP client (when Teradici PCoIP client is moved to the application folder)

Note: If the Teradici PCoIP client is not installed on your Mac computer, follow this knowledgebase article Install client on Mac

 

How to use a Teradici PCoIP client:

1. Click on Spotlight Search (Spotlight Search Icon) and Type "PCoIPClient" in Spotlight Search

2. Hit Enter key to launch the Teradici PCoIP Client

3. Teradici PCoIP Client application will now launch

4. If Teradici PCoIP Client does not launch, click on the Teradici PCoIP Client application icon (Teradici PCoIP Client Logo Icon)

5. In the Tehama Web UI, click on the Connect button for your Tehama desktop

6. Preparing your desktop window will get launched

7. At Launching your desktop page, click on the Show Credentials drop-down 

8. Make a note of Host Address/ Registration Code, Username and Password 

9. In Teradici PCoIP Client, copy and paste Host Address/ Registration Code from the Tehama Web UI

10. Click on Next

11. Copy and Paste the Username and Password and click Login

12. Teradici PCoIP Client will now launch your Tehama desktop

Enter Host Address Information

Enter Username and Password
